_Jack has served in executive management roles at a leading fintech, as well as at the head of a regulated entity in the United Kingdom.

He was a member of the founding team at ONE, a consumer financial technology company offering products throughout the United States. There, he developed and implemented the company’s bank partnership strategy to offer banking services to customers. He led the creation and then operation of the company’s credit offerings, including four consumer lending products, as VP of Credit. In addition, Jack served as the company’s head of finance for its Series B fundraising round. 

Early in his time at ONE, Jack led the effort to obtain an E-Money Institution license in the U.K. and served as the company's managing director through the successful licensure process with the Financial Conduct Authority. 

Previously, Jack underwrote equity and debt investments in power project financings at GE Energy Financial Services, injecting investments into thermal and renewable power projects, as well as oil and gas and midstream development.

Jack spent six years at Promontory Financial Group, where he advised financial institutions on credit, operational risk, and regulatory matters in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis.
