_Molly has spent 20 years in the financial services industry partnering with executives on some of their most pressing and complex challenges.‍

Prior to joining Ludwig Advisors, Molly was a managing director at Deutsche Bank and served as the transaction monitoring & sanctions program lead in the Chief Transformation Office. While at Deutsche Bank, Molly advised executives on regulatory requirements and transformation efforts across the global financial crimes platform. Molly led the design of a multi-year, cross-divisional remediation plan to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sanctions program.

Molly previously spent 16 years at Promontory Financial Group where she was a managing director. At Promontory, Molly advised financial services executives on strategy, transformation, regulatory issue management, and operational matters. Additionally, Molly led operations for the largest practice group within the firm where she increased operational efficiency, created a resource management strategy which resulted in consecutive quarter-over-quarter growth.
