Lisa Humbert joined Ludwig Advisors after serving as a managing director and Chief Operational Risk Management Officer for the Americas at MUFG where she provided frameworks to manage the operational risks associated with information/cyber security, technology, transaction processing and payments, fraud, data, business continuity, third party, products and services, sales practices, and change management.

Previously, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Risk Officer at BNY Mellon where she built and led a global team responsible for defining and delivering a best-in-class enterprise-wide Information Risk Management program and services.

Lisa has also served as Global Head of IT Risk Management and Business Continuity Management and Chief Information Security Officer at Credit Suisse where she built and led a global team responsible for defining and implementing a three-year strategy that strengthened bank controls and evolved risk management practices.

Prior to that, Lisa was CAO of Citigroup’s Global Corporate and Investment Banking division, working with the CIO to manage over a billion-dollar, 10,000-person organization. During most of her 18-year tenure at Citi, she was responsible for several global application development departments including the mortgage data warehouse, settlement and clearance, stock record, credit markets primary and secondary sales and trading, as well as Citigroup-wide global human resource systems.

Lisa is a member of the Executive Women’s Forum, the Financial Women's Association of New York, Inc. , and sat on the Board of the Internet Security Alliance. She also served on the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council for Critical Infrastructure Protection and Homeland Security and was formerly on the board of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association Cybersecurity Sub-Committee.
